Patient record now includes its own Health Library. The new module is available in the National Health Information System and eZdrave mobile app. It brings together verified information provided by the Ministry of Health, partner institutions, and experts from various fields.
The module was developed by Information Services and can be found in Health section of electronic record. Currently, the library contains over 70 publications – from newborn care and diseases to vaccines, healthy eating, risks of smoking and alcohol, child road safety, obesity, and physical activity. The content of Health Library will be continuously enriched and updated to provide citizens with relevant and useful information.
This is another new feature in eZdrave app. In the same section, users can also find the Long-term Care module, which offers personalized information. There, each user can see what examinations and tests they are entitled to, based on their gender and age. The main health information is located in Record section, where users can access data on examinations, referrals, test results, prescriptions, vaccinations, hospitalizations, and more. Through their personal electronic record, parents automatically have access to records of their children under 18.
To ensure that as many people as possible can benefit functionalities of electronic record, Ministry of Health and regional health inspectorates are conducting a summer campaign under the slogan "With one click – you control the system." By the end of September, mobile teams across the country will assist citizens in accessing their records via mobile phone. The current schedule of service points is published on the Ministry of Health’s website.
