Stages of issuing an e-vaccine document
-
1 Doctor performs a physical examination and registers an e-examination document in NHIS.
-
2 After ensuring patient's physical condition is suitable, doctor administers the appropriate vaccine and registers a separate e-vaccine document, which is linked to the e-examination document. *If the vaccine is accompanied by a certificate, it is automatically generated and available in the electronic health record in NHIS.
-
3 If user has the eZdrave mobile application installed on their mobile device and has enabled notifications, they will receive a message indicating that a vaccine has been administered. In Vaccine module, user can see detailed information about the event.
-
4 If an adverse reaction to the vaccine occurs, the medical professional who administered it must report it to the NHIS.
